1/4 piece (20 grams) White Onion
6 pieces Basil Leaves
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Slice the white onions, bell pepper and tomatoes thinly.

Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over the surface of the pizza crust.

Spread the mozzarella cheese and Eden cheese over the sauce.

Spread the vegetables (white onions, bell pepper and tomatoes) over the cheese.

TIP:

You can cook more batches, let them cool, wrap them in wax paper and store in the refrigerator for future consumption. It should be good for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. You can take it to the office or eat it during your movie time at home. Just reheat it in the pan covered with lid or in the microwave. Enjoy!
